Life gets messy.
Therapy can help

I’m Kendra, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with teens, young adults, parents, and women, navigating those moments when the path shifts and life doesn’t look quite like we thought it would.

You don’t have to be in crisis to want some help making sense of things. Sometimes you need a place to say the things you can’t say anywhere else, question what you thought you were supposed to want, and get honest about what’s working, and what really isn’t.

My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and open-minded. There’s room for the hard stuff, but therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. We can be curious. We can laugh. We can look at things from a different angle. Sometimes a shift in perspective is where something new begins.

✦ What Comes Next?

Staying connected while figuring out when to step in, when to step back, and how to navigate conflict, boundaries, and growing independence.

Making sense of what's ending and beginning to imagine the life, relationships, and identity that come next.

School, work, relationships, independence, identity, anxiety, feeling stuck and the pressure to somehow already know who you're supposed to be.

Parenting, co-parenting, loneliness, dating, burnout, carrying the mental load and having somewhere you don't have to be the person holding everything together.

Are you wondering, "is this it?" You did the things. Built the career. Created the life. Checked the boxes. And somehow, it doesn’t feel the way you thought it would. Therapy can be a place to question what you were supposed to want and figure out what you actually want now.

There’s more than one way to catch the light

We can get used to seeing ourselves, our relationships, and our choices in familiar ways.

Therapy creates space to notice patterns, question old assumptions, and get curious about what else might be possible.

We can start with a conversation

You don’t need to know exactly what you need from therapy before reaching out. That’s part of what we can figure out together.

Start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to ask questions, tell me a little about what you’re looking for, and see if we might be a good fit.
